All of our candidates are fully vetted and we carry out the following safeguarding checks before placement in line with the Department of Education guidelines.

  • Full face to face Interview
  • Qualifications verified
  • List 99 Check and clearance
  • Clear valid overseas police check/or a letter of good conduct
  • Enhanced DBS/Enhanced DBS in process
  • ISA Barred List Check
  • Minimum of two written references
  • Signed Rehabilitation of the offenders Act statement
  • Registered with NCTL – if eligible
  • Disqualification by Association Questionnaire
  • Permission to work in the UK verification
  • Identity checks completed
  • Health declaration
  • Have passed induction – if eligible for teachers
  • For residential settings we also support your in house vetting and referencing procedures prior to placement.
