SEN Central are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join the SEN central supply team to work in a variety of primary settings to support pupils in key stage 1 and 2 who have additional needs.

Our requirements for the role;

We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants that have;

* Experience of supporting pupils with a variety of SEN learning needs (these may include ASD, Global Delay, specific learning difficulties, emotional and behavioural difficulties, medical and health conditions)

* Have supported pupils in small groups or whole class environment

* Have the ability to work with initiative, resourcefulness and passion in order to support pupils on a daily basis

* Able to consistently engage pupils through praise, direction and individual support.

* Are highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised.

* Hold a level 3 teaching assistant qualification (or equivalent qualification)
